[SFD-discuss] Free and Open Source software for Windows compilations TTCS OSSWIN DVD and TTCS FSWIN CD available online for SFD 2011

Hello Frederic,

Unfortunately, the TTCS did not register for SFD as our workload (and
lack of time) made it difficult to do a proper SFD event this month
worthy of our previous efforts from 2006-2010 this year.
