Dear Damian,

Yes this is the right list. Registration for SFD 2011 hasn't opened yet 
and should happen next week. The process is indeed to create a wiki page 
for your team under:
http://wiki.soffwarefreedomday.org/2011/Urugay/Rio Branco/Rio Branco Libre

This year after discussion on this list we have decided to simplify the 
URL and not use continents.

Then you will have to fill a registration form which URL is not yet 
available to provide further information so we can ship goodies and get 
the location on a map for others to easily find your event.

And then you'll need to both prepare your event ;-) and add further 
information on your wiki page for your visitors to know what will be 
happening. This can happen before the registration form is available of 
course.

I hope this answers your question, opening of registration will be 
announced both on this list, the announce list and the website.
