Yes, I did it three times (in Jule, in August and this night), but I
don't get confirmation anytime.

I sent my registration this night last time. There are no confirmation
email received to me yet (SPAM folder I checked too). May be problem
with my emails (sin at altlinux.ru same as sin at altlinux.org) and it's
redirect to GMail?
