nobody is excluded.

Every team and every country is welcome. If by the above definition some
are North America and others are South America, this does not mean the
can not participate in the same event, which is the SFD, dont you think?

Its the people and not the continents, who organize the events. And
every team gets our support, even if it would be in Antarctica or a
space station.
