200 ubuntu CDs (I hope we don't have any left over by October, when
Karmic is out!)

and 10 T-shirts ordered separately

Haven't seen the SFD 3-shirts and balloons yet.

For the CD/DVD we're remastering OpenDisc -- so far I've created
OpenDisc-lite which is a CD image (dropped Wesnoth, added lincityng,
scorched3d and tuxmath instead. This week I plan to create
OpenDisc-plus which will include full support for OSX (autorun, kiwix,
Either WindowsOSX application icon to install side by side or a
seperate set of HTML for the OSX versions, and dmg's for all software)
and quite a few extra programs. Who thought it was a good idea to
create a DVD that's only half a program larger than a CD?!! We're
aiming for 2.5-3GB.

I'll try to make the iso available for others as soon as it's ready,
probably a torrent because I don't know where I can host a big DVD
image.
