Hello Shashi and SFD world,

Thanks for the initiative on fine-tuning SFD resource aspects.

You have spurred me to continue pursuing the 4th team t-shirt that we
paid for, having only received 3 (XLs, an XXL being missing) on delivery.

As this is the second year our team has been short-changed on t-shirt
purchases, we know that pointing the matter out will lead to it being
remedied.

Around September 18th Pia replied that 'an XXL is in the mail', but
we've heard nothing since and would as readily accept a refund for one
shirt at this stage.

Regards, Rik
