Hi everyone,

It's really heartening to see the name of FOSS Nepal Community once
again in the list of winners and making it two in a row. It'll
certainly boost the morale of the community and encourage in
organizing the event even better in the years to come.

And congratulations to the other teams as well all the way from the
himalayan nation, Nepal :)
