Hi,

I'm pretty sure that the work was done by Melissa Draper
<melissa at meldraweb.com> and is under an open licence so you can use and
modify to suite your intended use.

The announcement back on 4 Aug 2007 reads:

"Greetings,

Over the past few days I've whipped up a pretty (well i think so ;))
little double-folded leaflet for SFD, as it was something I couldn't
find already done.

It explains briefly what Open Source is, and disambiguates the term
'free' (likely not necessary in languages other than english) some of
the open source applications on TheOpenCD are, with the application
logos in the descriptions.
