But first can we wrap up SFD08 outstanding matters, to set SFD09 on the 
right track please?

Our team hasn't submitted its team report yet, because it has yet to 
receive all the t-shirts it paid for at the SFI store.

3 out of 4 arrived, and this is the second year our purchase pack has 
been sent short.

What is SFI doing to resolve these anomalies in its administration, to 
garner stronger endorsement?
