I had about 20 packets returned to me from last years event. The typical
reasons were:

- The package arrived too late
- Incorrect address provided
- No one came to the post office to pick it up

We will be making sure we send the packages much earlier this year to deal
with the first issue. For the second and third could everyone please make
sure they put exactly the right address into their registration form,
remembering that we can't check the addresses as we don't know all the teams
personally :)
