[SFD-discuss] SFD email sigs and sponsors

Hi all,

we just noticed someone had Dell and Red Hat in their sig as a sponsor of
their event, but it wasn't clear whether the companies were sponsoring the
global event, or their event.

We encourage all teams to get local sponsorship where they can as it
encourages local support of FOSS and our community, but please make sure it
is clear that local sponsors are supporting local events, so we can
differentiate between local sponsors and global sponsors.
