This isn't official, but we had to change the event date in Bathurst,
Australia to 22/9/2007 due to access restrictions and I have seen other
events listed on the mailing list and web site starting about 10/9/2007
and others changing the date due to local conditions or events.

IMHO, whilst everyone holding the event on the same day would be nice,
the world doesn't fit into nice boxes so the actual Software Freedom Day
2007 event is more important than the date.

If I'm wrong please correct me!
