I run a consulting firm in Nairobi, Kenya and implement solutions on
FLOSS. We are currently implementing training based on LPIC and
OpenICDL. A friend in Uganda told me that getting to offer the OpenICDL
can prove to be costly, with a requirement to buy the licences in bulk
(,000's), which is a major impediment. I am still interested in this and
anyone with an insight or experience on this can please share.
