Hi Shebab,
Our recommendation is that you use your best judgment, preferably in
cooperation with the other team [leader]. If you contact them and get
no response, organize your own event. If they want to work with you on
one event and you agree, great! If they're excited to coordinate your
two separate events and perhaps share on advertising, or something,
great!
Basically, just try to be reasonable and combine when it makes sense
and organize separately when it doesn't.
