Thanks for your quick answer. For example, there is already a regional team for the country, Bangladesh (http://softwarefreedomday.org/teams/asia/bangladesh?action=show&redirect=teams%2Fasiaandmiddleeast%2Fbangladesh). Is it possible to create a new regional team for Bangladesh or join the team as a partner?

You could potentially be more specific.  For instance, so places in the
US are going by a city and others are going by a state.



But, to answer your question, I'm pretty sure the answer is yes.
