[Planning-en] SFD 2006: Feedback please!

Yeah, that does seem odd. I've tested it with only the three required
fields filled in (which isn't useful for feedback purposes, of course
:) and it submitted fine for me.

If anybody else has trouble with this please let me know right away so
I can fix it.

Hmm...maybe we need a feedback form feedback form. ;)
