[Planning-en] Update on SFD On The Air Idea

Here in Mexico, the September 16th it's a patriotic day (Independence
Day), it's so dificult organize something for the people in that day.

So, we think in do the event in the September 23th. Will be so cool if
we can download the sound file for our event.
