OK. We're running on to 17/9 in Christchurch as well. So that's a 
96-hour open video/chat link we need for SFD? - all the weekend, 
everywhere in the world. - Double the Fun :)

All trying to coordinate on a single time would be quite problematic, 
imho (potential clogging, interrupted event flow..).
