[Planning-en] Introduction and a proposal

This is a wonderful idea and unique way of celebrating SFD. In Kenya we are
celebrating it on the 16th of September 2006,  under the umbrella of
linuxchixafrica,Kenya Chapter.

Our Theme is "CAREER DAY" and we would love to be a part of this!
