[SFD-TC] SFD CDs, T-shirts, and Balloons

We never have managed to communicate this clearly (IMO), so I'm
sending this extra note to try to make sure you all know that

    You must go to the website and register your teams if you plan to
    receive and use SFD CDs, t-shirts, and/or balloons for your SFD
    celebrations.

On a slighly unrelated note, we've had some SPAM problems in the
