Of course. Anyone who has trouble procuring tshirts by the online mechanism,
please contact us and we'll work it out with you manually. 

Also, for countries where the cost of the tshirts are too expensive, of
course we will do our best to reduce the cost so it is affordable. We want
to make sure everyone has a great Software Freedom Day and has as good an
impact locally as possible.
