[SFD-TC] Tshirts, balloons and CDs - status update

Great questions. Yes everyone can designate those sizes and let me know asap
and I'll supply them on a best case basis.

Sizes available are:

Womens M and L

Mens M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL 

Also, you can buy extra tshirts at http://sfd0.sauceopen.com/portal/ and if
teams want to order them they can order shirts at $15 each (Australian
dollars) which will be shipped with your team packs (and clearly labelled).
This is discounted from the website listing of $20 per shirt. Teams in
developing nations can get a higher discount rate (email us to get the
discount code), and teams that can't use paypal or can't afford the discount
rate can get a few extra by special request to info at sf-day.org. We only have
500 tshirts for everyone (though we can order more if we need to) so please
consider other teams, and if everyone gets their orders in within the week,
then we have time to order more shirts if we need them.
