	The problem is that ДСПО (for День Свободы Программного
	Обеспечения) is too close to ДСП, which is somewhat an overused
	abbreviation in Russian.  Check, e. g.:

	Among the meanings are “particle board” (древесно-стружечная
	плита) and “For Official Use Only” (для служебного пользования,
	a secrecy level.)
