[Planning-es] Structuring the SFD Wiki for 2011

No feedback on this list yet. For information the current discussion is 
going toward no continent at all in the structure.

I see people starting to create pages: PLEASE DO NOT as the structure 
will change and your pages will most likely be deleted.
